Vinecroft offers a
perfect intimate setting!

Our independent living community is made up of a ranch-style apartment building with over forty individual units and more than twenty duplex-style patio homes. When full, we have approximately seventy-five residents. Staff, residents, family, and friends all know each other personally in our intimate, unique community.

Our next door neighbor is Bristol Village, a licensed assisted/memory care living community. We are not affiliated with Bristol Village, however if a Vinecroft resident requires more assistance than we offer, a higher level of care is literally “right around the corner.” Our residents often take great pleasure in walking over to visit with Bristol residents.

Residents who choose one of the spacious, one bedroom, one bedroom with den, or two bedrooms at Vinecroft enjoy all of the comfort and convenience of maintenance free living. In addition to standard amenities such as utilities and apartment maintenance, residents of Vinecroft also enjoy the benefits of our active social calendar, delicious meals, transportation, and use of impeccably maintained common spaces. Each apartment has a kitchen for those who may still want to cook or bake.

For those who prefer to live in the setting of a house, but are searching for the convenience of a maintenance free community, Patio Homes are the perfect solution. All of the worry and work of home ownership is taken care of by our dedicated staff. Let us take care of the trash, snow removal, and maintenance, while you spend your time enjoying hobbies, traveling, volunteering for your favorite cause or visiting with your new neighbors.

Housing Application

Our residents enjoy the benefits of an entrance fee plan. With this plan, a one-time fee is paid to Vinecroft prior to you occupying an apartment or patio home. Paying the entrance fee in advance allows us to keep your monthly fee lower, thus making our highly desirable lifestyle affordable for the average retiree.

The monthly fee is used toward rent. The total rent covers grounds care, snow removal, interior and exterior maintenance, real estate taxes, property insurance, water and sewer, and much more! A limited number of traditional rental fees are also available for apartments only.
