The following services and amenities are provided to apartment residents:
Williamsville Retirement Center
A secure, safe and clean environment
- 24-hour emergency response
- Morning courtesy calls
- Well-lighted parking spaces
- Two nutritionally-balanced meals per day
- Weekly laundering of bed linens and towels
- Apartment cleaning every other week
- Social, educational, and recreational activities
- All utilities except telephone
- Scheduled local transportation
- Use of all common areas of the complex (multipurpose activity room, parlor, laundry facilities, elegant dining room, four-season greenhouse, etc.)
- Cable television
- Trash and snow removal
- Lawn care
- Management services
- Mail delivery to resident mailboxes
- Maintenance of the apartment and provided appliances
- Paid property liability insurance
- Paid real estate taxes
Optional services available for an additional cost:
- Hot Breakfast and/or lunch
- Assistance with miscellaneous chores
- Additional cleaning services
- Clerical assistance
- Additional transportation
- Personal laundry
- Guest lodging and meals
- Garage parking (based on availability)

Duplex Home Service Package:
Our patio-style homes are spacious two bedroom, two bath homes with attached one-car garage.
The following services are included in the monthly fee:
Management services
- Lawn care, Snow and trash removal
- Repair and maintenance of home inside and outside
- Repair, maintenance, and replacement of equipment and provided appliances
- 24-hour emergency response
- Paid property and liability insurance
- Paid sewer, water, and street lighting
- Paid real estate taxes
Optional services for duplex residents, available for an additional cost:
